Not much of a Blog....

with apologies to Michael Feinstein.

[editor's note] WTF?
"Not much of a BLOG,
no fine, fancy breed.
A bark that's not loud,
won't stand out in a crowd,
still he's all that I need."
[editor's note] thank you for that clarification

If I just give up October as a loss and try to gear up for November, maybe everything will appear a bit more manageable. Between my ER visits, entire days wasted mostly asleep, and my computer very nearly dropping DEAD, it was a waste of a month. For $190 the computer was revived, but I am still searching for various documents and e-mails. And the computer that was my best buddy two weeks ago now feels like a stranger.

I guess I did manage to slip in one day at the State Fair and a brief trip to NGU, but I spent one whole day sleeping in the hotel there. (But wow, what a luxurious bed to be stuck in!). I looking at my monthly calendar right now, and most of the month was spent with doctors (and not in a good way).

So, I'll teach a couple times, see Dr. Sandra and Anita and enjoy Halloween, and shoot for a MUCH better November. (It's pretty open right now, with only TWO dr. appts. listed.) Hey, maybe if I start feeling better I might even have a REAL BLOG someday.

Incidentally, I just found your comment on my blog tonight. I couldn't think of a title of that entry, and since I think Mike Rowe is a total hottie, I just put that as the title.

Again, thanks for reading!

Hi Eric!
I'm glad you found my comment, and I'm relieved that you weren't offended that I was trying to butt into your life (at least you didn't say so!)
That was a great title, obviously, because that is what got me started reading your blog!
I have never used my blog for anything other than posting/sending photos, but you have inspired me, so I'm going to TRY to blog (a bit) now and then. Hopefully I will get better with practice.
But I do lead a dreadfully BORING life most of the time....
